Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. If during the order handling an item became unavailable we'll inform you by e-mail and your order will be updated deleting unavailable items. The other items will be dispatched and the cost of the unavailable one will be removed from the total, independently from the selected payment method.

Returns policy

If you aren't satisfied with the received items you can exchange them, or you can return and we'll refund the amount. You have 10 days from receipt of good to return unwanted, incorrect or faulty items.
To return items please start an RMA in your profile area on website and tell us reasons of the return.
Returned items must be shipped to:
SG Records, Via G. Rossini, 48, 62015 Monte San Giusto (MC).

We strongly recommend shipment via registered post. Shipment is at you own expenses, unless the return is due to our mistake and if you received damaged or defective products. The items provided with SIAE sticker must be returned with the sticker intact. We will no accept returns of items with broken or missing SIAE sticker. In case of defective items we'll replace or refund only items with manufacturing defects, we can't accept return of non-working items cause incompatibilities with your audio/video player.
